Jemm-Trac Traction Roller Sleeves

Jemm-Trac Traction Roller Sleeves are a non scratching, non-marring, economical solution to web handling with light tensions. This proprietary rubber sleeve provides a unique tacky surface that will keep rolls turning and prevent them from marking or scratching substrates. Jemm-Trac Traction Roller Sleeves are the perfect replacement for expensive tapes and roller wraps, and won’t shed particles like many of the cork tapes available.

Jemm-Trac T Traction Tape

Jemm-Trac T Traction Tape is a soft proprietary rubber with a unique tacky surface that will keep rolls turning and prevents them from marking or scratching substrates. Jemm-Trac T Traction Tape is available in rolls 35 meters in length, 50 mm wide and 2 mm thick.

TESA 4563 Smooth Traction Tape

Smooth, Silicone impregnated cloth Roller Wrap offers a high coefficient of friction that grips the web as it passes over rollers to keep them turning. It is available in rolls 2” wide x 27.5 yards x .025” thick.

Rubberized Cork Traction Tape

Rubberized cork tapes provide good COF and wear characteristics to keep rolls turning. It is available in 1”, 2” and 3” widths, 1/16” and 1/32” (100 foot rolls) or 1/8” (50 foot rolls). There are 10 rolls per case. Custom Widths are available upon request.
