Jemmco offers a wide range of release roller coverings. Our JemmTron Treater Sleeve is composed of a unique formula silicone, and our Jemm-Trac Traction Sleeve which is a proprietary material, both perform well as a general purpose silicone roller covering, featuring good release properties and high temperature resistance. Our Family of JemmSil FEP Teflon® Heat Shrink Sleeves feature effective non-stick properties, low C.O.F. surfaces and high temperature resistance. Our line of JemmSil Roller Wraps provide high release properties and unique surface finishes, which are designed to reduce the surface contact of the web, enhancing the release characteristics. Our line of PTFE tapes and coated fabrics produce very effective non-stick surfaces that can be used in high temperature applications. |
