JemmSil™ TS Thermal Sprayed Roller Coverings comprise a family of products, which feature hard surface coatings and offer excellent wear resistance for long operating life. As part of this family, we have included a series of silicone based and fluoropolymer based hard coatings, which feature excellent release properties, wear characteristics and temperature resistance. JemmSil™ TS Thermal Sprayed Roller Coverings include various thermal sprayed and plasma sprayed under coatings, each featuring different hardnesses (40 RC to 58 RC). They are then impregnated with a proprietary silicone top-coat, which is either gray for harsher applications, or clear for the easier ones.

JemmSil TST Coating Properties
JemmSil TST High Release Thermal Sprayed Roller Coverings contain similar under coatings, featuring the same hardness range, but are instead impregnated with a fluoropolymer based top coat. These topcoats will be green, black or sparkling black in color.
