 Traction Roller Sleeve

 Traction Roll sleeves are a non scratching, non marring, economical solution to web handling with light tensions. This proprietary rubber sleeve provides a unique tacky surface that will keep rolls turning and prevent them from marking or scratching substrates.

 Traction Roller Sleeves are easy to apply. Eliminating the need for costly tapes and cork, these economical roller coverings slide easily over existing idler rolls, making them suitable for most applications. Unlike tapes and roller wraps, there are no seams that will mark the substrate.

 Traction Roller Sleeves are available in roll lengths up to 400" and can easily be cut to length, in order to fit any idler.  Traction Roller Sleeves are designed to fit idlers that are 1.5", 2.0", 2.5", 3.0", 3.5", 4.0", 5.0" and 6.0" diameter.

Traction Tap Coverings

Traction Tape is a soft proprietary elastomeric material with unique tacky surface that will keep rolls turning and prevent them from marking or scratching substrates, while providing a very good release property.  is available is 50mm wide and 2mm thick. It is available in rolls 25 meter in lengths and rolls that are 35 meters in length.

TRT 4863 Dimpled silicone impregnated cloth Roller Wrap, that offers a good release and a high coefficient of friction that grips the web as it passes over rollers to keep material moving. It is available in 27.5 yard long rolls that are 2” wide and 25mils thick.

Rubberized cork tape, which provides good COF and wear characteristics, to keep rolls turning. Available in 1” and 2” widths, 1/16” or 1/8” thick. 1/16” thick tapes available on rolls 100 feet long. 1/8” thick tapes available in rolls 50 feet long. 10 rolls per case.
