Jemm-Trac is a proprietary high temperature rubber material that features a high coefficient of friction, providing a non-scratching, non-marring, economical solution to web handling with light tension.
Jemm-Trac is a rubber sleeve that is able to slide over existing idler rolls, making it a seamless covering that is easy to install. Jemm-Trac T eliminates the time consuming process of spiral taping rollers and carefully lining up seams.Jemm-Trac T can be installed on site, over existing rollers, in a matter of minutes.
Jemm-Trac T is available in rolls (400” long) or in cut lengths, and a wide range of sizes ranging from 1.5” to 6” diameters.
Jemm-Trac is economically priced, making it the most cost effective way to keep your rollers turning, without scratching your substrates.
Jemm-Trac T is the same proprietary rubber compound as Jemm-Trac, in tape form (2 inch wide, .080” thick), in order to cover larger diameter rollers and for special applications. Jemm-Trac T is available in 25 meter rolls, either with adhesive or without.
