New Web Cleaning Roller Covering

Jemmco, LLC is pleased to announce Jemm-Tac, a new approach to web cleaning.
Jemm-Tac is a proprietary rubber material that features a tacky surface, capable of picking dirt and contaminants off of moving webs. However, unlike other bonded tacky rubber coverings, currently offered in the market, Jemm-Tac is a rubber sleeve that is able to slide over existing idler rolls, making it the most versatile tacky roll covering available.
Jemm-Tac eliminates the need for special rollers, the need for spare rollers and the costly process of sending rollers out for repair. Jemm-Tac can be installed on site, over existing rollers, in a matter of minutes.
Jemm-Tac is available in rolls (400” long) or in cut lengths, and a wide range of sizes ranging from 1.5” to 6” diameters.
Jemm-Tac is economically priced, making it the most cost effective way to clean moving webs.
