Jemmco's JemmClean™ Extruder Die Soap is a pumice-base bar compound used to help clean extrusion dies, screws, barrels, adapters, and related flow surfaces. It is designed to assist in removing plastic residue, carbon buildup, and other process contamination from heated extrusion equipment. It can also be used for polishing operations on a variety of metals, plastic, and ceramic.
The soft abrasive in this formula gives it the versatility to be used to both clean oxidation and create a high gloss shine.

The die soap is sold in a case of (12) 2" x 2" x 9.5" bars, weighing approximately 2.5 lbs each.
Using the JemmClean™ Extruder Die Soap is easy! Simply cut small pieces of the soap off of the bar and put the soap into the hopper while lowering the machine speeds. The soap will then be pushed through, cleaning the residues off of the machine.
