JemmTron™ CRC200 Semi-Conductive Corona Treater Roll Covering is intended for use in bare roll and duel dielectric corona treater designs when the user is treating both conductive and non-conductive materials. The conductivity is needed to ground the substrate but help redistribute the voltage across the treater gap to help improve treatment on non-conductive surfaces. This coating offers excellent cut and wear resistance, to help reduce backside treat and oxidation of the ground roller, and provides improved treatment of non-conductive substrates when employing the use of ceramic electrodes.
