Jemmco's EZ Sleeve Roller is the ideal idler for sleeve-covered roll users. This roller, equipped with air holes around one side of the shaft, hooks directly to your existing air supply to channel air through the roller's air holes for simple roller sleeve installation.

The EZ Sleeve Roller is available in live shaft or dead shaft configurations and in aluminum, steel and stainless steel.

How it Works

Jemmco's EZ Sleeve Roller is incredibly easy to use and simplifies the installation of roller sleeves. Follow these 4 easy steps or simply watch our demo!

Hook your EZ Sleeve Roller to your existing air supply using a standard 1/8" fitting
Stretch the sleeve onto the edge of the roller so that the air holes are covered by the sleeve
While holding the edge of the sleeve, slowly turn on your air supply
Slip the sleeve onto your roller
