JemmSil™ Fluoropolymer PTFE Coated Fiberglass Belts are used in a wide range of diverse applications which feature high temperature resistance and release properties. Typical applications include plastic film extrusion, industrial conveying ovens, heat sealing applications and more.
Fabricated from PTFE coated woven fiberglass fabric our JemmSil™ Fluoropolymer PTFE Coated Fiberglass tapes, belts and fabrics series provide excellent release properties and high heat resistance making them ideal for covering heat sealing surfaces on bag sealers. Our JemmSil™ Fluoropolymer PTFE Coated Fiberglass Belts are available in a wide range of widths, thicknesses and also available in custom lengths. The low coefficient of friction surface makes this material perfect for guide rails and non-stick roller coverings, as well as for bag sealing and other high temperature applications.
