Unlike traditional roll covers or coatings, JemmSil™ RC200XRT technology
embeds the release coating within a protective matrix of tungsten carbide, which enables superior release even under the most aggressive services such as doctored dryer cylinders. Additionally, Jemmco’s Extreme Release coating technology cures at ambient temperatures, which shortens curing duration and allows for a wider range of applications.
